Photochemical etching is a high-precision, stress-free metal processing technology. It utilizes the principles of photomasks and chemical etching to form fine structures on metal surfaces. Photochemical etching does not require molds, enables rapid prototyping, and is particularly suitable for the precision manufacturing of complex-shaped and thin metal parts.
Hysen has 6 ething production lines, the longest production line is about 23 meters. Our dayly capacity is about 2000 square meters.

We have high-speed stamping machines, and 110-45 tonnage stamping machines and automatic feeding systems, enabling efficient and highly repeatable metal forming. Precision stamping is one of the most stable and cost-optimal processes in the mass production of metal parts.

We have various precision welding capabilities, including laser welding, spot welding, brazing, and diffusion bonding, etc., which can meet the welding needs of different materials and structural parts.

Laser Welding
Laser welding has the advantages of high energy density, narrow weld seam, and small heat-affected zone, making it suitable for small, thin, and high-precision metal parts.
Advantages:
Non-contact processing with little deformation
Smooth weld seam and good airtightness
Suitable for automated continuous welding

Spot & Brazing
Spot welding is widely used for joining thin metal sheets, with firm and beautiful weld spots; brazing achieves high-strength and high-precision connections through filler metals, and is often used in the electronic and medical fields.

Diffusion Bonding
Diffusion bonding is a solid-state welding technology that enables metal atoms to diffuse and bond with each other under high temperature and pressure, without the need for solder or a melting process.

Process characteristics:
No melting at the joint interface, and the bonding strength is close to that of the base material
Suitable for multi-layer structures and dissimilar metal bonding
No pores, no inclusions, and excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance
Applicable to aviation, sensors, and microelectronic structural parts
Typical applications: precision heat exchangers, metal packaging devices, multi-layer guide plates, micro-structural components, etc..
