What’s Hysen’s service capability?
Hysen has been specializing in the custom hardware products for more than 13 years. We have our own etching, stamping, and welding workshops, which can meet customers’ one-stop needs for hardware product forming. For photo chemical etching processing, we can provide both separate metal sheet etching and continuous reel-to-reel etching.
We have 3 ething production lines, the longest production line is about 23 meters. Our dayly capacity is about 2000 square meters.
We can provide various metal etching services, including stainless steel etching, copper etching, aluminum etching, titanium etching, nickel etching, ferrous alloy etching, as well as etching for various other metal alloys.
Stamping
We have high-speed stamping machines and 110-45 tonnage stamping machines offering better processing services.
Welding
Welding is a fabrication process that joins materials. Laser welders are equipped to make formed metal parts.
Other machining process
In order to meet customers’ one-shop purchasing needs, we offer other machining technologies, such as elector-plating, PVD, die-cutting, gum etc processing services.
